These terms apply to all purchases of Al-Andalusia curriculum packages from alandalusia.org.
Pre-order & on-demand production
All packages are produced individually after your order. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Prices, payment & advance payment
Prices are listed in EUR and USD on the pricing page. Payment is required in full before production begins.
Shipping & delivery times
Germany: approximately 10–21 business days. International: 17–28 business days. Tracking provided upon shipment.
Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Custom-printed items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost within 14 days of receipt.
Warranty & liability
We warrant that materials arrive as described. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
